I spent 20+ years in the corporate world and raising a wonderful young man.  My purpose now is to love and serve people through sound therapy.  I was fortunate enough to be trained by the Grand Gongmaster Don Conreaux.  I, personally love sound meditation because it allows us to tap into all the benefits of mediation without the angst of "trying to meditate."  I hope to bring you peace, healing or a few moments of blissful rest!

Shamanic Practitioner, Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher, Mindfulness Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Nurse. A mother of four young adults, I love to read, bake, learn, hike, kayak, travel, meet new people, have adventures and laugh until my belly hurts. My purpose is to educate others on the mind, body, spirit connection and empower them to reach their individual optimal level of health in order to live their best life.
